When is the store open?
Our boutique is open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 4:00pm. Sunday closed. Our online store is open 24/7.

Are the items in person as they appear in the image?
The items are exactly the same! Descriptions are also provided for more accurate explanation, along with fabric.

How will I know when my order has been submitted?
Once the transaction has been processed, you will be notified upon submission of order via email.

Do you have the same products in store and online?
Yes, that is why we aim to update our stock and provide you with the latest items all year round.

How much is shipping?
Free Australian shipping on orders over $300. Under $300: Standard $12.99, Express $14.99. Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. See our Shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Flat-rate international shipping: New Zealand $20 / $30 express, all other countries $35 / $45 express (AUD). Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

What is your returns policy?
Full-priced items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 14 days. Sale items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Returns page.
