Return & Exchange Policy

No refunds for change of mind.

No exchange for men's & ladies swimwear & head scarves.

Gladly exchange items within 14 days.

An exchange or credit note for full priced items will be provided only where:

– Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached

– Merchandise is not worn, damaged, altered or washed

– Merchandise is wrongly described

– Merchandise is different to the item ordered

If you wish to make an exchange the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

PLEASE NOTE:

SALE items (including promotional sales), lingerie, mens & ladies swimwear, head scarves, hosiery, jewellery, hats, accessories or lay-by items cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded, unless deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

We will provide you with a repaired item, replaced item, credit note or refund will be offered for all items where:

– Merchandise is received in a damaged condition

– Merchandise is faulty

Please note items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
